• Payment information: transaction records, payment status, and billing details processed through our payment partner. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers.
• Communications: messages you send us through demo requests, inquiries, support requests, or announcements you receive.
• Usage and device data: log data, device identifiers, browser type, and app interaction data collected automatically to help us improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account, and authenticate your access to the Service.
• Process bookings, coaching enrolments, membership subscriptions, and renewals.
• Process payments and send payment confirmations, receipts, and invoices.
• Send booking confirmations, attendance updates, membership reminders, and academy announcements.
• Respond to demo requests, inquiries, and customer support requests.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the security, performance, and functionality of the Service.
• Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We use Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway, to process online payments for bookings, memberships, coaching fees, and shop purchases. When you make a payment, your payment details are collected and processed directly by Razorpay in accordance with their own privacy policy and security standards (including PCI-DSS compliance). We receive and store only the transaction reference, payment status, and amount to reconcile your bookings and generate receipts — we do not have access to or store your card number, CVV, or net banking credentials.

We use secure authentication services to manage sign-up, sign-in, and password reset. Your credentials are encrypted and never stored in plain text. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact us immediately.

Information related to your court/slot bookings, batch enrolments, membership plans, attendance, and coaching history is used solely to operate and personalise the Service for you — including displaying your upcoming bookings, tracking membership validity, and enabling academy staff to manage schedules and attendance. This information may be visible to the academy administrators and coaching staff managing the academy you are enrolled with.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions — to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you the Service. We may retain certain information for a longer period where required to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to any retention required by law.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service, including:

• Razorpay — for secure payment processing.
• Supabase — for secure database hosting and authentication infrastructure.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Our Service is used by sports academies that may enrol minors in coaching programs. Where a student is a minor, account registration and management is expected to be carried out by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for consenting to this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without such parental or guardian involvement.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
